It shall be prohibited to remove more than 100 gallons of water from Goose Lake
without the express written permission of the Goose Lake Watershed District.

Any violation of this ordinance shall be punishable by a fine of $100/gallon of water
removed from Goose Lake over that 100 gallon limit.

This ordinance may be enforced by the Adams County Sheriff and the Adams County
Circuit Court as a Municipal Ordinance.
